PRZRVE MONEY BACK GUARANTEE - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. OVERVIEW PRZRVE ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") offers a Money Back Guarantee ("Guarantee") for its No'BS Portable Bidet products ("Product") subject to the following terms and conditions.
  2. ELIGIBILITY 2.1 The Guarantee applies to Products purchased directly from PRZRVE's official website or authorized retailers. 2.2 The Guarantee period extends thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery. 2.3 Products must be in resalable condition, including all original packaging and components.
  3. REFUND PROCESS 3.1 To initiate a refund under this Guarantee, customers must: a) Contact PRZRVE customer service within the 30-day period b) Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number c) Return the Product at their own expense d) Include the RMA number visibly on the return package

3.2 Upon receipt of the returned Product, PRZRVE will: a) Inspect the Product for completeness and condition b) Process the refund within 5-7 business days c) Issue a full refund of the purchase price to the original payment method

  1. SHIPPING COSTS 4.1 Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. 4.2 Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 4.3 PRZRVE recommends using tracked shipping methods, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
  2. EXCLUSIONS 5.1 The Guarantee does not cover: a) Products damaged through misuse or modification b) Products missing original components c) Products showing excessive wear or damage d) Products purchased from unauthorized sellers e) Shipping costs (both original and return)
  3. LIMITATIONS 6.1 The Guarantee is limited to one refund per customer per Product type. 6.2 The Guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. 6.3 PRZRVE reserves the right to modify or discontinue this Guarantee at any time.
  4. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS 7.1 Customers must: a) Retain proof of purchase b) Return all original components c) Package items securely to prevent damage d) Follow proper return procedures
  5. LEGAL COMPLIANCE 8.1 This Guarantee gives customers specific legal rights, and they may have other rights which vary by jurisdiction. 8.2 Nothing in this Guarantee affects customers' statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

  8. SEVERABILITY If any provision of this Guarantee is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Guarantee shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
